它山之石: 看一下美国大学对本科生培养的12条标准!

美国是一个科技强国，也是一个教育强国。由于美国是一个文化多元的国家，反映在教育上，美国教育也是多元的.  教育的基础是”天赋人权”的政治理念. 

全美教育标准（CCSS）实施的目的就是让更多的美国学生适应大学技能训练、具备适应未来社会对人的实际需要。大学对本科生培养的标准并不是对象牙塔里的人虚幻要求，而是直指向一个人成为对他人、对社会有价值、具有高度幸福感的人而培养的终身独立自主学习者的能力维度。下面是美国大学对本科生培养的12条标准, 可能对中国父母对孩子的教育具有启迪意义:

1.The ability to think, speak and write clearly

具有清楚地思维、谈吐、写作的能力；

2.The ability to reason critically and systematically

具有以批评的方式系统地推理的能力;

3.The ability to conceptualize and solve problems   

具有形成概念和解决问题的能力;

4.The ability to think independently

具有独立思考的能力;

5.The ability to take initiative and work independently

具有敢于创新及独立工作的能力；

6.The ability to work in cooperation with others and learn collaboratively;

具有与他人合作的能力

7.The ability to judge what is means to understand something thoroughly     

具有判断什么意谓着彻底理解某种东西的能力;

8.The ability to distinguish the important from the trivial,the enduring from the ephemeral

具有辨识重要的东西与琐碎的东西、持久的东西与短暂的东西的能力;

9.Familiarity with different modes of thought

熟悉不同的思维方式（定量、历史、科学、道德、美学）;

10.Depth of knowledge in a particular field;

具有某一领域知识的深度

11.The ability to see connection among disciplines, ideas and cultures

具有观察不同学科、文化、理念相关之处的能力;

12.The ability to pursue lifelong learning

具有一生求学不止的能力。
